The Software and Engineering team at KVK understands the growing network requirements of the many ancillary devices required to weigh, scan, label and/or ship your products. For the installation phase, we can create a system layout locating and detailing the necessary network cabling, addresses etc. in order to successfully implement all of the essential components for your system.

The engineering team at KVK will use your system layout to create a detailed electrical control device drawing. This layout is used to locate the devices to be used in your system. We also identify wire quantities, size and amperage in order to accurately install each device and size your electrical requirements. 

 

KVK Engineering not only provides layouts locating electrical control devices but also field wiring charts that illustrate HOW to wire each.

Using your system layout and specifications, KVK will design, build and wire the control panel necessary to operate your material handling system. The layouts created for this become part of your ‘as-built’ system drawing set.

If utilized, KVK Engineering will design the program necessary to control your material handling system using PLC logic and controls. The layouts created for this become part of your ‘as-built’ system drawing set.
